About the Author

Yuko Kato is a celebrated illustrator and picture book author born in 1989 in Fukushima Prefecture and raised in Shizuoka Prefecture. After graduating from Joshibi University of Art and Design, Kato has embarked on a diverse career that includes illustrations, advertising, package design, stationery, and toy concepts. Kato’s works include the picture books ‘I Love You! Shiritori’ and ‘Hello, Lunchbox!’ among others.
