On August 10, 2023, Onigiri Konga officially opened its doors at Haneda Airport's Terminal 1, located on the second floor of the Hokkaido Dosanko Plaza. This newly established eatery will be the only one in Haneda Airport to be present in all terminals, joining its already popular spots in Terminal 2 and Terminal 3, which have been attracting long queues daily.

Onigiri Konga is famous for its delicious onigiri, especially the number one seller—a flavored egg yolk soy sauce topping combined with meat soboro and salmon. With a focus on high-quality ingredients and unique flavors, the restaurant caters to travelers seeking a taste of Japan’s beloved rice balls before their journey. The first day of operations is expected to draw large crowds, as seen in the other terminals.

This new terminal location aims to utilize ingredients sourced from Hokkaido, allowing customers to enjoy the exclusive 'Dosanko Onigiri Set,' reflecting the rich food culture of the region. Additional offerings include popular beverages such as Sapporo Beer and Nikka Highball, catering to a growing demand for quick drinks before departure or after arrival.
