CaringBridge Introduces Tammie Follett as Director of Advancement

In her new role, Tammie will be responsible for crafting and leading the advancement strategy for CaringBridge. Her focus will encompass major gifts, as well as corporate and foundation giving. Moreover, Tammie's expertise in relationship building is expected to play a critical role in forging new partnerships, which are vital for furthering the mission of CaringBridge.

Before joining CaringBridge, Tammie served as the Director of Advancement for Lawyers Without Borders, where she successfully managed fundraising efforts and donor relations in support of legal aid programs worldwide. She has also had significant experience with Thomson Reuters, culminating in her role as Director of Community Relations, where she cultivated connections across various sectors including corporate, legal, philanthropic, and nonprofit communities.

Throughout her career, Tammie demonstrated a commitment to service and community engagement. She has held numerous leadership positions in various nonprofit organizations, and her board roles have included founding membership with TeamWomen and directorship at the Literacy Matters Foundation. Tammie’s extensive involvement with organizations like Books For Africa, Urban League Twin Cities, and Tubman reflects her diverse engagement and commitment to humanitarian efforts.
