Effective from June 12, the famous hamburger and steak restaurant chain, led by CEO Kentaro Hirayama, is adding two new delightful items to their menu: the fluffy shaved ice treats known as "Kakigori Shirokuma" and "Kakigori Strawberry Milk." This year, this soft, fluffy shaved ice utilizes their special milky ice, made in-house, which is finely shaved to create a snow-like texture. With its gentle sweetness, this unique feature allows customers to savor the flavor even when the ice stands alone.

Kakigori Shirokuma (Price: 490 JPY, Tax included: 539 JPY)

This creation features a base of milky ice topped with adzuki beans, whipped cream, and a vibrant assortment of fruits including sliced bananas, mandarins, and colorful maraschino cherries. The delightful pairing of the subtly sweet ice and the textured adzuki beans combined with the not overly sweet whipped cream creates a harmony that is simply irresistible. To enhance your experience, a side of milk syrup is provided for drizzling, allowing you to enjoy an even richer milky flavor.
