On September 23, a one-of-a-kind collaboration event titled "Aperitivo Night" will take place at "STEREO," located on the 38th floor of the Shibuya Sakura Stage. This unique event is brought together by Kanegasaki Herb Distillery, a producer of domestic herb liqueurs from Iwate Prefecture, and the innovative dining restaurant, FUSOU. This collaboration aims to merge their culinary expertise to offer an elevated and friendly "Aperitivo" experience against the stunning backdrop of Tokyo's night skyline.

What Exactly is 'Aperitivo'?
Aperitivo, a term grounded in Italian culture, refers to social moments spent enjoying light meals and drinks before dinner. This gathering will reinterpret that tradition through a Japanese sensibility, presenting a fresh perspective on this beloved pre-meal custom.

Unique Culinary Offerings



Attendees can look forward to an array of exquisite dishes paired with special cocktails made from Kanegasaki's herb liqueurs, each available a la carte. Customize your own "Aperitivo experience" by selecting dishes and drinks that suit your palate.

Food Pairings:


1. Waka Ki (Hinoki, Yuzu, and root-based Herb Liqueur)
Paired with Matsutake Risotto and Fried Chicken Wings infused with Sudachi flavor.
2. Waka Shio (Plum, Perilla, and citrus-infused sour Herb Liqueur)
Accompanied by Sanma Fish and Eggplant with Perilla Sauce, served with Fennel Salad.
3. Waka Gen (Strawberry, Sansho, and Spicy Herb Liqueur)
Complemented by Roast Beef and Idiazabal cheese in a mole sauce.
4. Japanese Vermouth AKA-ONI ROSSO (Mixture-based Sweet Vermouth)
Paired with a Smoked Beef Burger.

Dessert Selections:


1. Creme de Cassis Liqueur
Combined with a dessert featuring Pear and Mugwort.
2. Waka Ka (Shiso, Hojicha, and Cinnamon Herb Liqueur)
A delightful dish composed of Apple, Yogurt, and Spices.
