Notably, 56.7% of users acted swiftly, completing follow-up examinations within one month thanks to the facilitated access provided by MY MEDICA. This indicates a direct correlation between reduced time barriers and increased motivation for users to engage with their health proactively. As awareness and convenience increased, so too did the rates of those seeking medical attention.

Future Directions and Commitment to Health


Looking ahead, MY MEDICA plans to expand its features further. Starting from March 2026, a new function will enable automatic notifications regarding the need for follow-ups and streamline the process of online consultations, reinforcing the commitment to timely health interventions.

With the highest user percentage among those in their 50s, MY MEDICA has been recognized as the leading health care app for this demographic in a report by Fuller, illustrating the program's effectiveness in reaching those with higher abnormality rates during health assessments.
