Christian Reber joins Przygoda & Co. as a strategic advisor, bringing over three decades of experience in financial services. He has previously led significant divisions at the Boston Consulting Group, particularly focusing on commercial insurance and reinsurance operations.

Alejandro Przygoda's Journey

Before founding Przygoda & Co., Alejandro Przygoda held several senior positions in investment banking. He was the Co-Head of Global Investment Banking and Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group at Jefferies between 2021 and 2025. Prior to that, he spent 18 years with Credit Suisse, where he was positioned as the Global Head of FIG for the last decade. His career started in 1995 at CS First Boston in New York. Alejandro also served as Chief Financial Officer for General Re's Argentine subsidiary from 1990 to 1993.

A proud alumnus of The Wharton School of Business, he graduated with an MBA, earning distinctions as a Palmer Scholar. In addition, he completed his undergraduate studies at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, graduating as valedictorian with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and securing his CPA in Argentina.

Mr. Przygoda is also a regular lecturer on Activism Defense and M&A at The Wharton School and contributes as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Collegiate School in New York City.
