Tōhakusha Co., Ltd., based in Shibuya, Tokyo, has made a groundbreaking announcement by revealing its inaugural original game for Steam titled Tsumimijikan: Kurōshiihodo Aishiteru. Today, the company unveiled the key visual alongside the launch of the Steam store page, which allows eager players to add the game to their wishlists. A music video for the game's theme song will premiere at noon, and the official release date will be disclosed at a later time.

The game marks Tōhakusha's first venture into the realm of digital gaming, creating a fully original intellectual property (IP). Leveraging insights gained through real-life events and IP experience design, Tōhakusha aims to deliver a unique digital experience that allows players to immerse themselves deeply in the narrative. What is Tsumimijikan?

Tsumimijikan follows the storyline of a former idol turned struggling streamer, “Tsumimi.” Players take on the role of viewers who intervene in her streams to investigate a cursed abandoned village. The narrative progresses over a 14-day cycle, where players gather clues during the day and interact with Tsumimi's streams at night through donations, comments, and gifts. The collected data forms an investigation file, gradually uncovering hidden pasts and missing person cases. The type of gifts players present can lead to unexpected reactions from Tsumimi in her subsequent broadcasts. Your engagement, investigation, deduction, and final decision will ultimately alter the game's outcome.

The character design is crafted by wata, enhancing the game's intricate emotional expressions and distinctive world. The theme song, performed by Kagura Mea, features lyrics and composition by Kikuo.
