Understanding Sound Memory
Sound Memory operates as a unique camera and album app that preserves memorable moments through sound. Traditionally, there have been limited tools available for visually impaired individuals to capture fleeting moments effectively. Common techniques like recording or video can often lead to missing important instant emotions during their operation. Additionally, current social media platforms predominantly favor visual content, leaving fewer spaces for solely sharing audio experiences.
As a solution to this challenge, veernca collaborated with visually impaired individuals to develop a universal tool that anyone, regardless of whether they have visual impairments or not, can use. Sound Memory introduces an entirely new concept termed 'sound capturing' instead of 'photo capturing'. By advocating for this original concept, the app aims to empower everyone to express their individuality and enjoy their everyday life more profoundly.
With this app, users can simply capture the essence of a moment through sound, creating a rich archive of auditory memories that can evoke feelings of joy and nostalgia. The project’s goal is to build an inclusive world where all individuals can celebrate their unique experiences, breaking down barriers that often exist in conventional media sharing.

Sound Memory was developed by a team of talented members including
