To commemorate the opening, Kappa Sushi is offering a tantalizing promotion featuring their renowned `Minami Tuna Chutoro.` Priced at just 150 yen (tax included), this delicacy melts in your mouth, providing an exquisite taste sensation. Additionally, you'll find `Minami Tuna Chutoro Aburi`, which has been delicately seared to enhance its rich flavors, available at a special price of 190 yen.

Besides these popular items, the store will introduce two more exciting dishes: `Kappa's Luxury Tuna Assortment`, offering a trio of tuna cuts, and the `Premium Toro Tekka Maki`, which allows diners to create their own sushi rolls featuring the rich flavors of Minami Tuna Chutoro. These limited-time offers will be available from October 31 to November 19, 2025, exclusively at four locations in Ishikawa, Fukui, and Toyama.

What’s more, these four locations will be the first to offer sushi made with unique `Aka Su Shari` (red vinegar rice), which complements the flavor of tuna perfectly. This special rice will only be available while supplies last at each store.
