Director of Business Development for its North Texas operations. With an impressive track record spanning

Molina is not a newcomer to the industry. He has fostered a notable career, including serving as the
Director of Engineering for the City of Carrollton and holding various strategic roles within the

Institute of Transportation Engineers, and previously held a position as an officer in the
North Texas Branch of the American Public Works Association (APWA). He currently serves as the Awards Chair for the Texas Chapter of APWA.
Molina's contributions extend into public service as well, having been a member and participant in several committees under the
North Central Texas Council of Governments. Notably, he has served as the chairman of the
Surface Transportation Technical Committee and is a member of the
Regional Transportation Council, representing the
