One of the highlights of the seminar will be a special presentation by Kenichi Mae, the General Manager of the Technical Innovation Department at Nishimatsu Construction Co., Ltd. He will shed light on Nishimatsu's comprehensive technical and DX strategies, showcasing revolutionary methods in design and construction processes through BIM and digital twins. Kenichi will also share case studies that demonstrate substantial improvements in sales strategies through effective data utilization and the integration of generative AI to enhance technical proposals.

Additionally, attendees will hear from Kenichi Nozuma, President of Mihotech Co., Ltd., along with Takahiro Nitta, Executive Officer of the BIM Strategy Department. They will discuss their extensive experience with BIM implementation, detailing how it has become a critical tool for local general contractors facing various challenges.
