Transforming Business Insights with AI
On August 18, 2026, a significant workshop will take place at Sanbou BAR Shinjuku, organized by Kenji Araya, CEO of Kenkyu Sanbou, a company located in Shinjuku, Tokyo. This enlightening event, titled “Transforming Business Landscapes through AI Analysis of PC Tasks and Meetings,” features guest speaker Masaki Miyata, CEO of Seven Sense Marketing. Together, they will explore the automation of logging PC work and meeting conversations through AI technology to shed light on actual workflows in businesses.
The necessity for such a workshop stems from the increasing opacity surrounding employee work hours. For many companies, the detailed allocations of time spent on various tasks have become a “black box.” The rise of teleworking and diversification of tools has made it increasingly difficult for employers to understand how time is utilized and to deploy productive measures based on instinct rather than evidence. In response to these challenges, the workshop introduces a pioneering method for visualizing work activities using AI by logging computer tasks and interactions.
Workshop Features and Highlights
- - Contemporary Analysis Techniques: Attendees will engage with the latest analytical methodologies as Masaki Miyata discusses the implementation of AI analysis with real data.
- - Dialogue with Experts: This will be an engaging conversation between Miyata and Araya, where they will dissect how time allocation can be visualized and leveraged for productivity enhancements.
- - Practical Insights: Participants will gain actionable insights on assessing time management and prioritizing productivity improvements through data-driven approaches.
- - Networking Opportunities: Following the workshop, a networking session will be held, allowing business leaders to exchange invaluable knowledge and experiences.
