The Avenue South district will serve as the commercial heart of Centerra, a massive 3,000-acre development in Loveland, Colorado.   • - 128,000 square feet of retail space
  • - 72,000 square feet for restaurants
  • - 127,000 square feet of Class A office space
  • - 1,750 new residential units planned for the area.
