In a significant step towards embracing artificial intelligence in customer service, Bell System 24 has officially opened its first showroom dedicated to AI solutions within the Fukuoka 4th Solution Center, situated on the sixth floor of the JRJP Hakata Building, directly connected to JR Hakata Station. The opening ceremony took place in the presence of key stakeholders from Bic Camera, who co-operated in establishing this showroom.

Purpose of the Showroom


As product and service differentiation becomes increasingly challenging, companies must focus on personalized customer experiences (CX) to remain preferred choices for their clients. Contact centers play a crucial role in this strategy, directly influencing a company's brand value through interactions with customers. They are now compelled to upgrade their operations by integrating advanced digital technologies such as generative AI.

Bell System 24's AI solutions are crafted based on over 40 years of expertise in contact center operations. They support a hybrid approach combining human expertise and AI to optimize performance, catering specifically to the unique requirements of client organizations. Previously, it has been challenging to provide clients with the opportunity to view these bespoke implementations directly, and this showroom aims to address that gap.

The showroom functions on an invitation-only basis, targeting stakeholders from Bic Camera, Bell System 24's clients, and firms interested in their services. A large screen features demos and videos showcasing solutions tailored to the specific needs and challenges of visiting corporations. Here are a few of the solutions currently presented:
1. Hybrid Operation Loop - Innovatively streamlines contact center operations, enhancing efficiency and customer experience through the collaboration of generative AI and human agents.
2. Human-Centric AI - Combines voice and text data from contact centers, retail stores, and sales meetings with customer data to accurately estimate client needs, visualize hidden sentiments, and identify potential churn signals, facilitating more effective marketing.
3. BellCloud+CX® - A next-generation Cloud-based contact center platform that merges Bell System 24's insights with AI to enhance the roles of operators and supervisors.
4. BPR Consulting - Offers comprehensive support in business transformation, from identifying challenges to redesigning operations and implementing solutions seamlessly.

Future Plans

Opening Ceremony Highlights


On June 10, 2023, an opening ceremony was held with important figures from Bic Camera and Bell System 24, along with employees from the center in attendance. Present were Wakayama Osamu, Head of the CX Planning and Promotion Department at Bic Camera, Masaki Matsuda, Executive Officer and General Manager of the Marketing Division, and Hiroshi Kajihara, President and CEO of Bell System 24, alongside Kenichi Oya, Senior Managing Executive Officer.
