The event will commence on the holiday of November 23, 2026, starting from 7:30 AM until approximately 12:00 PM. The exact course details will be provided soon, but participants can anticipate challenging routes that include long climbs with an average gradient of 5% extending for about 1.5 km.

  • - Participation: This lively event is designed not as a competitive race but as a fun ride, encouraging camaraderie among cyclists and runners.
  • - Bike Requirements: Participants can use multi-gear bicycles or electric assist bikes, and tandem vehicles are also allowed.

2. Rainbow Bridge Run 2026 Overview


The Rainbow Bridge Run will take place concurrently, starting at 9:30 AM and concluding around noon on the same day. Participants will begin their run near TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO, making their way to the Rainbow Bridge (public road) and looping back near Shibaura Anchorage to finish at the Aomi East Temporary Parking Area.

  • - Collaboration: This event is supported by the Tokyo Marathon Foundation and organized in cooperation with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the GRAND CYCLE TOKYO Executive Committee.
