New Leadership Appointments

Erica Tingley, the current Chief Financial Officer, will also take on the role of President. Jon Scala, the former CEO of Switch, will take up the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Knowtion. Additionally, Ryan Feldt, who previously held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of Switch, will assume the role of Chief Customer Officer. Feldt’s objective will be to enhance customer relationships and focus on delivering a superior client experience.
Adam Cartabiano, former Commercial Advisor to Switch, is appointed as Chief Growth Officer, responsible for driving market expansion and scaling growth initiatives.
Launch of Innovation Laboratory

Co-founders of Switch, Nate Pluke and Melissa Pluke, along with Ryan Clark, will cultivate this new laboratory aimed at advancing innovation through data analytics, AI, and machine learning capabilities.
