Kobe Koyou Design & Technology School Unveils New Campus

In 2026, the Kobe Koyou Design & Technology School, also known as Kobe Tech, will inaugurate its new campus in the heart of Sannomiya, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. The design of the eight-story facility embodies the concept of 'ON AND OFF', merging an immersive experience in design and technology with a warm, relaxing atmosphere that connects students to nature.

To celebrate this grand opening, Kobe Tech will host an 'Open Campus' event on two separate occasions:

• - Date 1: April 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM (limited to 30 participants)
• - Date 2: May 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM (limited to 80 participants)

The event features school introductions, campus tours, and interactive classes showcasing the innovative environment of the new facility. Interested attendees, including high school students, graduates, and parents, can participate for free but must register in advance.

Special Program on May 10

On the second date, attendees will enjoy a unique program featuring a lecture and performance by the globally-acclaimed XR artist, Aimi Sekiguchi. Participants can engage in special activities designed to give insight into the future of work in creative fields. Her career spans across 13 countries, and she has been recognized as an honorary educational advisor for the Jikei Gakuen COM Group, even making it into the 'Forbes JAPAN 100' list in 2021.
