Application Details

The recruitment period for interested businesses runs from June 16, 2025 to June 30, 2025. To qualify for the program, applicants must satisfy several criteria:

• - Have a business office located in Tokyo or plan to establish one in the region.
• - Be a corporation founded within approximately the last 20 years.
• - Intent to conduct proof of concept trials or implementations of innovative technologies/services targeting women's empowerment, support for people with disabilities, or closing educational gaps within the Tokyo area in the 2025 fiscal year.
• - Commitment to participate in the initiative through fiscal year 2026, advancing the social implementation of their services.
• - Willingness to collaborate with smart city infrastructure providers.
• - Must not be associated with anti-social forces.

Support Available for Selected Companies

after approval, selected companies will receive tailored assistance based on their proposals, including:

• - Implementation Support Budget: Up to approximately 3 million yen per year.
• - Matching Support: Identifying compatibility with large enterprises serving as institutional partners for social implementation opportunities.
• - Customized Mentoring: Guidance tailored to partner requirements, focusing on providing value and optimizing operational frameworks and revenue models.

The selection process consists of an application phase followed by a preliminary review, leading to a final matching with implementation partners. Generally, around three companies will be selected for the program, although the number may vary based on the proposals submitted.
