This location boasts the largest size among WCB's establishments, crafted by their own architectural division, West Coast Design. The restaurant's culinary theme is 'West Coast American.' Renowned chef Evan from Okinawa's 'Bacon Bar Japan' curated the menu, focusing on pairing gourmet food that perfectly complements WCB's beer offerings. Guests can indulge in meticulously crafted craft burgers and sandwiches featuring house-made buns and unique sauces, along with an impressive à la carte selection to complement drinks during dinner hours.

An Impressive Draft Selection

At Instant Classic, beer enthusiasts can explore an astounding array of 16 draft taps. This includes WCB's flagship beers and a rotation of newly released brews every week, all served fresh. Conveniently located directly above Roppongi Station, the restaurant operates from 11 AM to 11 PM, making it ideal for everything from lunch and casual afternoon drinks to dinner and post-work gatherings. The adjacent 'TO GO counter' offers around 20 varieties of WCB's canned and draft beers for takeout, along with original merchandise. Customers can enjoy their takeout either at the restaurant's free space outside or in the grass plaza at Tokyo Midtown.

About West Coast Brewing

Founded in Shizuoka's Mochimune in July 2019, WCB began brewing craft beer in a renovated fish processing plant located near the thriving Mochimune fishing port. The brewery utilizes high-quality natural groundwater for its beer production, aiming to replicate the artisan beers of the owner's homeland in America.
