This event aims to address a growing social concern that affects both residents' safety and the value of condominium properties.

In recent years, the terms "isolated death" and "accident properties" have become increasingly common in discussions surrounding condominium living. These issues pose significant implications for the residents' peace of mind, as well as the financial value of the properties involved, highlighting the need for thorough discussion and actionable insights.

The webinar will feature Koji Hanahara, the CEO of Marks Life Co., Ltd., who specializes in providing services relating to "spiritually settled real estate." He will share valuable insights about the handling of accident properties and delve into the complexities surrounding isolated death instances in residential settings.

Adding depth to the discussion, the seminar will explore the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s guidelines regarding the notification of death occurrences in real estate transactions. Kubo is an expert in condominium management and disaster prevention. With experience in new condominium sales and brokerage, she transitioned to Daiwa Life Next, where she has held various roles, including frontline management and general departmental oversight. Kubo is also a committee member of the Japan Condominium Management Association's legal committee and was awarded the 15th Real Estate Association Award for her book, "The Future of Condominiums is Determined by Their Residents."
