Suits Inc. Launches Campaign to Support Accounting Firms with Task Management Tool

SuitUp's Support Campaign for Accounting Firms

Suits Inc., located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, and led by CEO Yusuke Komatsu, is excited to introduce a new campaign aimed at supporting accounting firms through their task and project management tool, SuitUp. This initiative is geared toward enhancing productivity and operational efficiency within these firms by providing a straightforward solution for managing tasks.

Special Offer for Accounting Firms

From October 23 to October 31, 2025, accounting firms signing up for a free 7-day trial of SuitUp will be eligible to receive support in implementing the tool. Only three firms will be chosen, and they will be personally guided by Komatsu, who has a wealth of experience in adding value to SMEs and startups.

Interested firms are encouraged to apply via the contact form on the SuitUp website and to mention “Accounting Support Campaign” in the inquiry field.

One interesting finding from a simulation conducted by the company suggests that a firm with 30 employees could incur up to 1.19 million yen in costs due to daily task progress checks between managers and staff. This staggering figure highlights the financial implications of inefficient task management. By adopting SuitUp, firms can achieve significant cost savings through improved visibility of tasks, thereby enhancing team collaboration and efficiency.

According to a survey conducted by Nulabo from October 6 to 10, 2023, various methods for task management among employees were examined. Surprisingly, tools like email and calendars accounted for 31.2% of task management use, while handwritten notes and chats made up 30.6% and 14.3% respectively. However, only 25.2% utilized Excel or spreadsheets, and a mere 11.7% employed dedicated task management tools. This indicates an urgent need for better solutions.

Recognizing these challenges, Suits Inc. believes that introducing proper task management within accounting firms will be the first step to increasing productivity among SMEs. The service not only aims to improve internal efficiency but also equips accountants to deliver more effective management and consulting services to their clients.

Accounting firms play a crucial role in assisting client companies through various services such as tax filings and financial analysis. Furthermore, many are now extending their offerings to include ongoing management improvements and tailored consulting services. As firms closely partner with clients, they are increasingly expected to provide seamless integration of cloud accounting tools, resulting in efficient operations and enhanced support.

The aim of the SuitUp Accounting Support Campaign is to equip accounting firms with the skills necessary for adept task management, thus leading to superior service delivery. As a powerful incentive, the beta version of SuitUp allows firms to experience the platform at no cost until December 31, 2025, including the waiver of initial fees.
