On June 6, 2025, HUAZHI ENERGY proudly announced its latest energy storage project aimed at commercial and industrial applications in the Benelux countries. The project features the deployment of two EnerBox systems, which collectively boast an impressive capacity of 250 kW and 558 kWh. This deployment showcases HUAZHI's expertise in ensuring rapid installation, operational safety, and intelligent energy management. With the rising energy demands of agricultural machinery and fluctuating load requirements, the installation seamlessly integrates advanced energy storage capabilities into the company's energy grid, enhancing management efficiency.

Optimizing Energy Management

The energy storage solution crafted for this project aims to address multiple challenges posed by traditional energy supplies. By providing peak load coverage and optimizing the utilization of existing photovoltaic (PV) systems, the installation not only enhances energy efficiency but also creates supplemental revenue streams. Stored energy can be sold during peak pricing periods, allowing businesses to capitalize on fluctuations in the energy market.

Moreover, the project employs real-time control and a comprehensive energy management system (EMS), which enables it to monitor overall performance. The EMS operates an AI-driven energy and flexibility trading aggregator in conjunction with the PV plus storage system, ensuring that batteries are charged when electricity prices are low or even negative and discharged during peak pricing times.

A Flexible and Reliable Energy Solution

The EnerBox design allows for modular configurations, ranging from capacities of 232 kWh to 279 kWh. The installation process is exceptionally straightforward, as it requires no complicated assemblies or heavy machinery. Multiple units can be connected in parallel to meet varying energy demands, while maintaining a robust operating environment with an IP55C4 protection rating, suitable for temperatures ranging from -30°C to 50°C.

The self-developed Power Conversion System (PCS) 125K/EU features an impressive IP65 rating, which ensures that it is equipped with high-quality components for maximized adaptability and longevity. With a millisecond response time, this system is ideal for projects requiring fast reserve capacity, including frequency recovery reserves.
