The Mont Blanc Parfait is a generous blend of seasonal ingredients sourced from different regions. Delight in the sweet chestnuts from Kasama, known for their remarkable flavor, and enjoy the high-sugar sweet potatoes from the Ishida Farm in Chiba. This parfait also features a variety of autumn fruits like tangy blackberries, pears, and figs, ensuring every bite is a celebration of the harvest.

Layers of Divine Pleasure


The parfait is crafted with a thoughtful structure that combines diverse textures and flavors. At the top, rich Mont Blanc cream is complemented by a refreshing blackberry ice cream, nestled perfectly to surprise your palate. Crisp rusk, unsweetened whipped cream, and generous chunks of roasted sweet potato ensure that the natural taste of each ingredient shines through, creating a delightful taste journey.
