Escon Corporation Expands and Renovates Its Osaka Headquarters to Boost Value Creation

Escon Corporation's Enhanced Osaka Headquarters

Escon Corporation, the prestigious company based in Tokyo's Minato Ward and led by President Takatoshi Ito, has recently completed an impressive expansion and renovation of its headquarters in Osaka. This strategic development is a response to the company’s growing workforce needs and aims to elevate office functionalities while ensuring enhanced satisfaction for both clients and employees.

Background and Objectives

The expansion project was designed with the future in mind, focusing on both physical and functional improvements. These enhancements include significant upgrades to conference rooms and client reception areas, transforming them into spaces that reflect Escon's commitment to exceptional service and hospitality, or “Omotenashi.” The new environment is also intended to accommodate diverse work styles, which will support recruitment efforts and improve employee engagement.

Office Concept

The redesigned office space aims to foster collaboration among employees, facilitating the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and ideas to co-create value. Drawing inspiration from the Japanese term "Musubi," which signifies connection and development, the office's design facilitates stronger relationships with various stakeholders, laying the foundation for a promising future.
