SUNLU and Inslogic Unveil Innovative FilaDC i10 at RAPID+ TCT Boston

Major Innovations Unveiled by SUNLU at RAPID+ TCT 2026

In a groundbreaking presentation at this year's RAPID+ TCT event in Boston, SUNLU, a leader in 3D printing technologies, introduced a diverse range of innovative products aimed at engineering applications. Along with a strategic collaboration with Inslogic, this event highlighted SUNLU's commitment to pushing the boundaries of 3D printing.

Among the exciting products showcased were various filaments designed for engineering purposes, including nylon, polypropylene, and polycarbonate varieties. Each material caters to professional applications demanding high strength, durability, and flexibility. From the creation of model airplane structures to drone components and creative architectural pieces, SUNLU ensures that professionals can find the right filament to suit their specific needs.

One of the standout areas was the aesthetic filament section, drawing considerable interest from attendees. Unique materials showcasing textures like silk, rainbow, wood, and galaxy offer creative solutions for fashion, art, collectible items, and cultural designs. Furthermore, the resin section dazzled visitors with high-quality collector models printed with advanced formulas including CMYK+W colored resin, high-temp ABS-type resin, and other premium materials. These products not only guarantee exceptional detail reproduction but also stable molding performance.

Collaboration with Inslogic: A New Era in Filament Management

The highlight of the collaboration between SUNLU and Inslogic is the unveiling of the FilaDC i10, an innovative filament dehumidification cabinet. Tailored to meet a critical need in the filament industry, the FilaDC i10 can hold up to ten 1 kg spools simultaneously and maintain moisture-free storage for over 50 types of materials.

What sets the i10 apart is its unique mechanism that does not rely on hot air to eliminate moisture from filaments. Instead, it utilizes an advanced molecular sieve technology to absorb humidity from filaments such as PETG, TPU, and nylon. To further enhance effectiveness, the i10 is equipped with fans to keep the interior dry, making it an eco-friendly and fully autonomous solution. Its energy consumption and noise levels are significantly lower than traditional filament dryers, making it an attractive option for large-scale users who prioritize environmental impact as well as filament performance.

The FilaDC i10 is set to launch on July 1, marking a significant milestone for both SUNLU and Inslogic as they aim to provide advanced solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the industry.
