This irresistible offering, a collaboration between Japan Ham and Matsuya Foods, features premium pork from snow country, renowned for its tenderness and rich flavor. The standout characteristic of this dish is the generous serving of thick-cut meat that’s complemented by a special garlic sauce, delivering a robust and satisfying meal that is perfect for meat lovers.

Originally introduced in 2005, the "Ton-Teki" has garnered a loyal following, earning a rep as a staple of the Heisei retro menu. It made waves during the 2020 Matsuya Revival Menu Election, ranking third with approximately 25,000 votes, only narrowly missing out to the likes of 'Shukumerli' and 'Gorogoro Chicken Tomato Curry.'
The nationally sourced pork is raised with care, ensuring a delicate texture combined with a burst of umami flavors and the sweetness of the fat.
