Smartee Denti-Technology Targets Significant CO₂ Reduction with Solar Energy

On May 9, 2025, Smartee announced plans to reduce its annual carbon emissions by 209,370 kilograms, equivalent to the absorption capacity of more than 11,700 mature trees. This significant reduction will be achieved through a new solar installation at the company’s Jiaxing smart factory in Zhejiang Province, China. The facility features an impressive 20,000 square meters of rooftop photovoltaic panels generating a capacity of 2 megawatts, which cover about 50% of the factory's energy needs.

The solar panel installation is complemented by energy-efficient lighting systems including solar streetlights and smart LED setups, alongside high-performance motors that work to minimize energy consumption within the manufacturing space. In addition, a rainwater reuse system has been introduced to support irrigation and cleaning processes, enhancing overall water resource efficiency in the facility.
