Before joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Isakina served in high-ranking positions, such as a senior advisor for former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and managing director with JobsOhio, focusing on Fintech in the Financial Services sector. Her career also includes significant roles at Nationwide Insurance, a major Fortune 100 company, as well as tenures with top consulting firms like McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, and Milliman. Most recently, she specialized in driving growth and digital transformation by advising start-ups and financial institutions on leveraging AI.
Isakina holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Cornell University, a Master’s in Actuarial Science, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from Georgia State University.
