From May 11 to July 12, 2026, the 41st floor 'Peak Lounge' at Park Hyatt Tokyo will host a limited-time afternoon tea in collaboration with the renowned jeweler HARRY WINSTON. Established in 1932 in New York, HARRY WINSTON is revered as the “King of Diamonds,” attracting admirers worldwide with its exquisite high jewelry collections. The founder, alongside the talented team of designers, has continuously drawn inspiration from the vibrant energy of New York, creating beautifully unique pieces that capture the city's essence.

A Newly Transformed Peak Lounge



The 'Peak Lounge' has undergone a transformation to provide a softer and more comfortable ambiance, enhanced by natural light streaming through its atrium, surrounded by greenery. This new concept showcases seasonal ingredients in a refreshing afternoon tea inspired by the collaboration with HARRY WINSTON. Guests can delight in a course of savory and sweet selections, culminating in the new trolley service that offers freshly baked goods.

With this collaboration, guests will experience a tea time that is not only elegant but also harmoniously orchestrated, merging the atmosphere, cuisine, and service into a single luxurious experience.

The theme of this afternoon tea is “HARRY WINSTON’s New York,” inspired by the New York Collection of HARRY WINSTON's high jewelry. The culinary team, led by Executive Pastry Chef Julian Perine and Event Chef Takumi Morita, has curated a menu that reflects the iconic landscapes and culture of New York through sweet and savory offerings.

Dishes like the “Manhattan Skyline” sandwich, featuring snow crab and new potatoes on carrot bread, evoke the silhouette of the city's skyscrapers. A luxurious take on the beloved lobster roll reflects the favorite tastes of New Yorkers, while the ricotta cheese paired with broad beans, green peas, and sugar snap peas captures the blossoming essence of Central Park in spring.

Sustainable confit salmon with caviar expresses the vibrant seafood culture of Fulton Market, while the frittata with green asparagus and pastrami pays homage to the culinary heritage found in Little Italy, weaving the diverse charm of New York into every dish.

Sweet treats resonate with the spirit of the city, featuring a dessert aptly named after the city’s nickname, “Big Apple,” along with classic New York cheesecake and a modern twist on the New York roll with salted caramel. The signature cheesecake, finished with raspberry coulis, strikes a delightful balance between richness and vibrancy.
