Prior to her successful tenure at Vonage, she was with Rocket Software, where she played a crucial role in integrating teams from multiple acquisitions, establishing a cohesive culture centered around employee experience. Leahy's other notable experiences include leadership positions in PAREXEL International and the UK's National Health Service, highlighting her strong background in both private and public sectors within healthcare.

An alumna of the Dearne Valley Business School and the University of Bedfordshire in the UK, Tracey Leahy is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
