On June 11, 2023, Bronco Billy, a beloved steakhouse chain in Japan, opened its newest restaurant in the Aeon Mall Hanyu's NoNIWA complex. Located in Hanyu City, known for its rich history and the cultivation of indigo dye, this new facility represents Bronco Billy's 14th branch in Saitama Prefecture and its 141st location nationwide.

Founded in 1978 in the northern district of Nagoya, Bronco Billy has grown significantly over the past decades, especially since its first Saitama opening in 2008. Today, the restaurant boasts a total of 140 locations across the Tokai, Kanto, Kansai, and Kyushu regions, with a reputation for delivering high-quality dining experiences focused on charcoal-grilled steaks and hamburgers.

Guests at the new Bronco Billy Hanyu NoNIWA store can look forward to enjoying its signature offerings, including perfectly grilled charcoal steaks, a fresh salad bar, and hot Fish Uonuma Koshihikari rice cooked in a traditional kamado.
