ZTE Corporation, a prominent global player in information and communication technology, recently presented its 2025 Sustainability Report. This marks the 18th consecutive year that ZTE has voluntarily disclosed its sustainability efforts, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to transparency and accountability in its environmental, social, and governance practices (ESG).

In the report, ZTE’s CEO, Xu Ziyang, emphasized the company’s dedication to ecological stewardship, stating that their mission is to empower sustainable economic development through technology. Additionally, ZTE reduced emissions intensity by 8.55% in the upstream and downstream phases of its telecom products, ensuring a lower environmental footprint throughout their lifecycle.

For three consecutive years, ZTE has been included in the CDP Climate A list, a recognition of its exemplary efforts in environmental governance.

ZTE’s vision extends beyond technology; it embodies a commitment to equitable opportunities and digital inclusion worldwide. With a strong belief in the value of human capital, ZTE maintained 100% employee training coverage and regularly implemented its Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support staff well-being. In 2025, ZTE proudly reported over 20,000 employee volunteers participating in more than 600 community programs, positively impacting the lives of over one million people globally.
