In 2019, he transitioned to SoftBank, where he launched an AI data platform using the company’s intrapreneurship program. He founded Mirai no Genba in 2023, focusing on AI and manufacturing DX, and aims to foster a new era for factory operations.

With experience in inside sales and customer success in the SaaS sector, Hitomi joined SkyDisc in August 2024. She oversees various functions from marketing to public relations for the AI-based production planning system Sai-Teki Works. Through participation in exhibitions, webinars, and direct site interactions, she addresses the challenges faced by manufacturing plants, particularly in areas like production planning and transformation.
