About the Performers

Shizuka Sakai is an accomplished violinist hailing from Nagano Prefecture. Beginning her journey at the age of three under the Suzuki method, she graduated from the National University of Fine Arts and Music with a degree in performance and completed a course in chamber music. Currently, she performs with the Fuji Shizuoka Symphony Orchestra and teaches at the “Piacere Music Class” in Numazu, spreading the joy of music through various concerts.

Itsuki Kurita, a skilled pianist from Mishima City in Shizuoka Prefecture, started playing the piano at four and honed his art at Toho Gakuen's music class for children. He graduated from Toho Gakuen University's piano department and has been involved in diverse musical performances, including solo and collaborative pieces.
