This modern facility opened in April 2024 in Tsuchiura City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and serves as a comprehensive complex integrating a training site with a lodging facility, advanced testing equipment, and a machinery center for special equipment maintenance. The showroom provides insights into the history and technological prowess of Nippon Road Group, complete with displays, models, and samples.

This national project comprises 15 enterprises, research institutions, and universities working collaboratively to establish a decarbonized society.

Professor Noguchi's role in the project involves his contribution to a collaborative team focused on creating an integrated evaluation design system for LCCO2, LCA, and LCC. This system dreams of aligning future concrete production with CO2 absorption capabilities and boosting ESG financing initiatives.
