Moreover, JOY GROUP successfully acquired Foltène, an Italian hair and scalp care brand based on clinical research since 1963, boosting its scientific expertise in the sector. The addition of Biophyto-genesis, a dermatological skincare brand developed through 14 years of clinical collaboration, lays a strong foundation for future growth in skincare.
International Expansion Strategies
Building on its robust domestic market position, JOY GROUP is actively pursuing global expansion. The group’s retail sales in overseas markets topped 87 million USD (600 million RMB) in 2025. This expansion strategy includes enhancements in e-commerce and local retail growth, exemplified by the opening of three independent stores in Singapore.
