Rouge Noel. This cake is a stunning confection that combines strawberry jelly and lime cream, enveloped in a luscious raspberry and ruby chocolate mousse, finished with a glossy red chocolate glaze. It’s adorned with layers of strawberry and morello cherry compote, crowned with delicate chocolate ornaments for an eye-catching presentation. Perfect for the festive spirit, it is priced at 6,480 yen and has a diameter of 14 cm.
Another highlight, the
Noel Fromage, is a sophisticated cheese cake that balances creamy mildness with refreshing fruit. Stollen is a decadent cake studded with Italian mixed fruits, raisins, and walnuts, matured for over a year in rum and brandy. Coated in vanilla sugar after being soaked in clarified butter, it’s designed to deepen in flavor over the holiday season and is priced at 4,752 yen, measuring 17 cm long and 8 cm high.

Reservations can be made from November 1 to December 19, and the cakes will be available for pickup from December 20 to 25, 2025. Early booking is recommended as supplies are limited, and ordering is facilitated through
online pre-payment.
