The UniC AG440 boasts a 50% increase in energy density and a reduction in required installation space by 50% compared to conventional 200 kWh systems. Moreover, it is equipped with comprehensive safety certifications—including UL9540A, IEC62619, IEC62477, and ISO13849 PLd—and operates reliably at temperatures as low as -25°C without auxiliary heating.

Xu Jinmei, the Chief Technology Officer of CATL’s Energy Storage Systems Division, expressed pride in the successful collaboration on the UniC AG440, noting its specific design to meet the rigorous demands of the European market amid increasing renewable energy integration.

PR-S3 Elite: High-Performance Residential Storage

On the other hand, the PR-S3 Elite has been meticulously designed to cater to the energy storage needs of European households. Featuring patented FrostCore technology, this system overcomes the traditional low-temperature limitations of lithium-ion batteries, ensuring normal performance for charging and discharging at temperatures as low as -20°C. Furthermore, the PR-S3 Elite promises a lifespan of 15,000 cycles and maintained capacity over the first three years, significantly lowering total ownership costs while providing long-term reliability.

At the start of 2026, Ampace achieved operational carbon neutrality in accordance with the ISO 14068-1:2023 standard, following an independent review by TÜV SÜD. The company’s manufacturing facilities now receive 100% carbon-free electricity, credited to an extensive solar power generation and energy storage infrastructure.
