On July 20, 2026, Circus Inc., headquartered in Chuo, Tokyo, celebrated its 9th anniversary. As we commemorate this significant milestone, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our clients, partners, and supporters who have been with us on this journey.

In honor of our 9th anniversary, we held the "Circus 9th Anniversary" event for all employees. The theme of the event was "Keep Rowing," reflecting on our journey over the past nine years and sharing our commitment to continue challenging ourselves as we approach our tenth year.

Message from Management

At the beginning of the event, our CEO, Takashi Yabe, spoke about the company’s recent growth, including surpassing 100 employees and expanding our organization. He explained that this event was designed as a platform for cross-departmental interaction. Reflecting on the successes of 2025, such as office expansion and the launch of new projects, he declared that our focus for the next year will be to deepen our value offerings and tackle all business areas collectively.

In his speech, Director Tsukui referred to the event's theme "Keep Rowing." "This company, like a ship, continues to move forward only because every employee is vigorously rowing. If someone stops rowing, the ship will stop. Therefore, I encourage everyone to recognize their role in moving this ship forward and to keep challenging ourselves together." His words significantly raised the morale of the employees.

Fostering Unity Across Departments

The event featured an infographics video reflecting on the past year, combined with a "Team Quiz Competition" that allowed employees to enjoy meals while testing their knowledge about the company. This activity encouraged collaboration among colleagues who usually have minimal work interaction, resulting in an exciting atmosphere that broke down departmental barriers.

This year is set to be pivotal as we aim for "no regrets in decision-making" as part of our vision. We have designated our tenth year as one where the entire company will work together in pursuit of this goal.
