During this session, participants will hear inspiring stories from teachers at Kizuki who have their own experiences as school refusers or social withdrawal individuals. Job Responsibilities


As a part-time educator at Kizuki, you will engage in:
  • - One-on-One Learning Support: Providing personalized academic guidance and emotional support.
  • - Class Duration: Each session lasts 90 minutes, inclusive of 80 minutes of teaching and 10 minutes for preparation and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria


Applicants should meet the following requirements:
1. Academic Guidance: Ability to instruct in at least one subject at the university entrance examination level. (No prior teaching experience necessary if you have passed university entrance exams.)
2. Emotional Support: Ability to empathize with students who have experienced setbacks, without needing prior support experience or qualifications.
3. Commitment: Ability to work continuously for at least six months.
4. Availability: Ability to handle at least two classes per week.

Salary Structure


  • - Tokyo & Kanagawa: Regular pay: ¥1,763 per session, Training period: ¥1,748. After certification: ¥1,845.
  • - Saitama: Regular pay: ¥1,635, Training: ¥1,620. After certification: ¥1,718.
  • - Aichi: Regular pay: ¥1,700, Training: ¥1,680. After certification: ¥1,780.
  • - Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo: Regular pay: ¥1,688, Training: ¥1,673. After certification: ¥1,770.
  • - Fukuoka: Regular pay: ¥1,770, Training: ¥1,700. After certification: ¥1,840.
