Unifi Achieves Landmark 161,000 Meals Packaged for Global Hunger Relief Efforts

Unifi's Fourth Annual Rise Against Hunger Event

On November 14, Unifi employees from the United States and India united for an extraordinary cause, packaging a staggering 161,000 meals in a single day. This impressive achievement marked their fourth annual Rise Against Hunger meal packaging event, highlighting the company's growing commitment to combat global hunger.

A Collaborative Effort Across Distances

The event saw Unifi teams participating from multiple locations, including their headquarters in Buckhead, Atlanta, and various operational sites in cities like Chicago, Dallas, New York, Philadelphia, San Diego, and San Francisco. The New Delhi team also provided vital support, showcasing a remarkable example of teamwork across borders.

With hundreds of dedicated employees working hand in hand, the team successfully prepared shelf-stable meals destined for families and communities in need around the world. - 2022: 15,000 meals
- 2023: 30,000 meals
- 2024: 90,000 meals
- 2025: 161,000 meals

This year's colossal effort nearly doubled the previous year's total, illustrating how the event continues to gain momentum and impact.
