Transitioning from the FAIR Plan

The FAIR Plan (Fair Access to Insurance Requirements) is designed to provide coverage for homeowners who otherwise cannot obtain insurance. However, it is not a permanent solution. CSAA aims to reduce dependence on this plan, thereby fostering a more stable insurance market for California families.
