Proship Achieves Noteworthy Growth in FY2027's First Quarter
Proship, Inc., headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has reported impressive quarterly financial results for Q1 FY2027 (April 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026). The company’s revenue surged by 37.4% to ¥2,481 million, with operating profit soaring by 62.6% to ¥908 million. This growth is attributed to the increased demand for compliance with the new lease accounting standards and the expansion of its SaaS solution, ProPlus+.
Highlights of the Q1 FY2027 Financial Results
During the first quarter, the primary solutions focusing on fixed asset and lease management saw substantial growth due to the introduction of new accounting standards effective from April 2027. As a result, both upgrades from existing customers and new project implementations progressed smoothly. Proship also advanced in providing solutions targeted at the infrastructure industry, further promoting the sales of its ProPlus+ SaaS offering. Consequently, the company recorded a solid order backlog of ¥6,925 million, reflecting a 21.3% year-over-year increase.
Despite continuous investments in human resource recruitment and product development, Proship managed to control increases in selling and general administrative expenses. This careful management allowed operating profit to rise significantly, achieving a remarkable 62.6% increase compared to the same quarter the previous year.
