Muy Mucho Transforms into Habitus Global with Ambitious 30% Growth Strategy
BARCELONA, Spain, March 6, 2026 — In a dynamic shift, Muy Mucho has entered a new corporate phase following the rebranding of its parent company to Habitus Global. This strategic overhaul places the emphasis on enhancing financial stability while optimizing operational models, laying a foundation for sustainable growth over the medium and long term.
Previously operating as Muy Import S.L., the transition to Habitus Global S.L. ensures the continuity of its management team and operational framework. The restructured company is now equipped with independent leadership and full decision-making authority necessary for achieving profitability and expansion goals.
A key aspect of this transformation is the commitment to preserving over 95% of jobs within the organization, thereby safeguarding critical talent and maintaining operational stability during this crucial transition period. Financially, the company boasts revenues exceeding €20 million at the parent level and a global business volume of more than €120 million. This confirms its position as a notable player in the home and lifestyle segment accessible to a broad customer base.
To kickstart this new chapter, Habitus Global has allocated roughly €15 million for immediate global investments aimed at reinforcing supply capabilities, improving the financial structure, and implementing both operational and commercial transformation plans. The immediate focus will involve enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing product selections, and maximizing sales performance across store locations.
Customer-centricity remains a core component of this new strategy, which involves consolidating a comprehensive array of permanent products to ensure better availability and recurring sales. In addition to this, the weekly introduction of new offerings is aimed at promoting in-store engagement and maintaining an element of surprise for shoppers.
To propel its growth, Muy Mucho has set a strategic target of achieving 30% growth over the next three years. This plan will focus on the continued evolution of the store model and product mix while staying true to the brand's foundational principles. Delivering added value will be paramount, ensuring customers have access to an attractive range of home décor and lifestyle products.
To assist partners better and improve point-of-sale profitability, the company is putting in place initiatives aimed at strengthening support for its partner network. Notably, 2026 will mark a significant reactivation of the expansion plan, with the launch of at least five new stores set to occur in the first four months alone. This rollout will serve as an initial driver for transitioning to the new operational model.
Albert Boada, CEO of Habitus Global, commented, “This evolution is not a breaking point but a reinforcement. Muy Mucho enters a new phase with a clear business rationale, a stronger financial structure, a sharper strategic focus, and the capacity for sustainable growth while bolstering the confidence of our partners.”
As Muy Mucho embraces this reorganization, it does so from a position of strength. The initiative successfully blends continuity with transformation, creating a solid, capitalized project that is focused on generating long-term value for both existing partners and prospective investors.
