1. Atamaki Fuki Miso - Priced at 390 yen (tax included: 429 yen), this dish combines the earthy aroma of fuki miso, enhancing the flavors of your meal and pairing beautifully with drinks.
2. Atamaki Leaf Chili Pepper - This delightful dish, also at 390 yen (429 yen), boasts a perfect balance of spiciness and freshness, making it a great accompaniment for your favorite beverages.
3. Sawaraburi Nigiri - Available for 420 yen (462 yen), this sushi features lightly seared sawara fish, releasing its rich flavors and filling the air with its delectable aroma, making it a standout choice for seafood lovers.
4. Natural Kuruma Ebi Nigiri - Delight in the fresh and succulent taste of Kuruma ebi, priced at 690 yen (759 yen), which promises to be a highlight of your dining experience.
5. Fuki no Karaage with Aosa Sauce - For 590 yen (649 yen), this crispy fried fuki is enhanced by the distinctive fragrance of Aosa sauce, celebrating the essence of spring.
6. Takesu Tosaage with Young Seaweed Mayo - Priced at 590 yen (649 yen), this dish features seasonal bamboo shoots coated in bonito flakes and fried to perfection, served with a special young seaweed mayonnaise.
7. Fried Young Ayu - Priced at 590 yen (649 yen), enjoy the whole fish with its crispy exterior that locks in the delicious flavors.
8. New Potato with Shirasu Butter - At 590 yen (649 yen), this dish is a delightful fusion suitable for all ages, blending tender potatoes and savory shirasu.
