Daiei Watanabe oversees business development for the B2B Reskilling support service. He began his career at Alibaba and later worked in sales and marketing at the Japan branch. He then joined Medley, taking charge of the newly established Sales Enablement position in the president's office. Demonstrating expertise in sales organization reform and sales DX for companies of all sizes, he has tackled challenges such as transitioning to division-based sales and utilizing CRM tools for sales visibility. Recognizing the significance of reskilling through his career experiences, he has led new initiatives since 2024.
