Woolpert-Black & Veatch Joint Venture Awarded $94.5M USACE Contract
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District has made a significant decision by selecting the joint venture of Woolpert and Black & Veatch for a master planning contract valued at $94.5 million. This five-year agreement is vital for supporting U.S. military installations and projects across 30 European nations.
Contract Significance
The contract, which is set to conclude in September 2029, encompasses a range of services including detailed master planning, infrastructure maintenance planning, and the development of conceptual designs relevant to military installations. Furthermore, it includes the finalization of designs and supporting documentation essential for both military and other types of installations.
This award marks the second consecutive win for this joint venture after securing a similar contract in 2019.
