The much-anticipated ART HAKATA by tagboat will take place from September 24 to 30, 2025, at the MEDIA STAGE on the first floor of Hakata Hankyu, located right next to Hakata Station. This marks the fourth year of this exciting art event that showcases extraordinary works from both emerging and renowned artists curated by tagboat Co., Ltd., which is based in Tokyo.

This year's exhibition will feature a diverse range of contemporary art, including portraits, abstracts, graffiti, and traditional Japanese painting. Most of the displayed pieces are new creations and unique originals, ensuring that visitors will have the opportunity to purchase exceptional artworks that stand out in the art world. Live Drawing Event


In addition to the diverse art displays, there will also be an exciting live drawing event featuring artist 大谷太郎 (Taro Otani) on September 27 and 28, from 1:30 PM to 5 PM. Participants can bring photos of their pets or favorite animals, and Taro will create a personalized artwork inspired by these pictures right in front of them. Attendees will get to take home the finished piece, offering a unique and intimate connection with the creative process.
