The essence of summer is encapsulated in a carefully curated share-style dinner that showcases the vibrant spices and flavors of the season. The menu begins with an Amuse plate featuring the exquisite "Kohime Amago," a local delicacy marinated in beer yeast and served with pickles. The appetizer plate boasts a colorful ajillo of Izu shika sausage and summer vegetables, while the seasonal soup promises a rich bouillabaisse made from fresh seafood and carefully selected chicken. Each dish highlights the bountiful gifts of the land, focusing on local ingredients and seasonal flavors.

For the main course, guests will be treated to a combination of grilled domestic beef sirloin paired with BBQ back ribs, complemented by a delicious beer steak butter and grilled vegetables. This unforgettable meal will be further enhanced through expertly selected beer pairings from the renowned Baird Brewing, featuring three distinct craft beers that have been chosen to enhance the dishes' unique qualities.
